36:1 Et factum est in quartodecimo anno regis Ezechiae, ascendit Sennacherib, rex Assyriorum, super omnes civitates Juda munitas, et cepit eas.

Καὶ ἐγένετο τοῦ τεσσαρεσκαιδεκάτου ἔτους βασιλεύοντος Ἑζεκίου, ἀνέβη Σενναχηρεὶμ βασιλεὺς Ἀσσυρίων ἐπὶ τὰς πόλεις τῆς Ἰουδαίας τὰς ὀχυρὰς, καὶ ἔλαβεν αὐτάς.
וַ/יְהִ֡י בְּ/אַרְבַּע֩ עֶשְׂרֵ֨ה שָׁנָ֜ה לַ/מֶּ֣לֶךְ חִזְקִיָּ֗הוּ עָלָ֞ה סַנְחֵרִ֤יב מֶֽלֶךְ אַשּׁוּר֙ עַ֣ל כָּל עָרֵ֧י יְהוּדָ֛ה הַ/בְּצֻר֖וֹת וַֽ/יִּתְפְּשֵֽׂ/ם
36:2 Et misit rex Assyriorum Rabsacen de Lachis in Jerusalem, ad regem Ezechiam in manu gravi : et stetit in aquaeductu piscinae superioris in via Agri fullonis.
And the king of the Assyrians sent Rabsaces from Lachis to Jerusalem, to king Ezechias with a great army, and he stood by the conduit of the upper pool in the way of the fuller's field.
Καὶ ἀπέστειλε βασιλεὺς Ἀσσυρίων τὸν Ῥαβσάκην ἐκ Λάχης εἰς Ἱερουσαλὴμ πρὸς τὸν βασιλέα Ἐζεκίαν μετὰ δυνάμεως πολλῆς· καὶ ἔστη ἐν τῷ ὑδραγωγῷ τῆς κολυμβήθρας τῆς ἄνω ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ τοῦ ἀγροῦ τοῦ κναφέως.
וַ/יִּשְׁלַ֣ח מֶֽלֶךְ אַשּׁ֣וּר אֶת רַב שָׁקֵ֨ה מִ/לָּכִ֧ישׁ יְרוּשָׁלְַ֛מָ/ה אֶל הַ/מֶּ֥לֶךְ חִזְקִיָּ֖הוּ בְּ/חֵ֣יל כָּבֵ֑ד וַֽ/יַּעֲמֹ֗ד בִּ/תְעָלַת֙ הַ/בְּרֵכָ֣ה הָ/עֶלְיוֹנָ֔ה בִּ/מְסִלַּ֖ת שְׂדֵ֥ה כוֹבֵֽס
36:3 Et egressus est ad eum Eliacim, filius Helciae, qui erat super domum, et Sobna scriba, et Joahe filius Asaph, a commentariis.
And there went out to him Eliacim the son of Helcias, who was over the house, and Sobna the scribe, and Joahe the son of Asaph the recorder.
Καὶ ἐξῆλθε πρὸς αὐτὸν Ἑλιακεὶμ ὁ τοῦ Χελκίου ὁ οἰκονόμος, καὶ Σόμνᾶς ὁ γραμματεὺς, καὶ Ἰωὰχ ὁ τοῦ Ἀσὰφ ὁ ὑπομνηματογράφος.
וַ/יֵּצֵ֥א אֵלָ֛י/ו אֶלְיָקִ֥ים בֶּן חִלְקִיָּ֖הוּ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל הַ/בָּ֑יִת וְ/שֶׁבְנָא֙ הַ/סֹּפֵ֔ר וְ/יוֹאָ֥ח בֶּן אָסָ֖ף הַ/מַּזְכִּֽיר
36:4 Et dixit ad eos Rabsaces : Dicite Ezechiae : Haec dicit rex magnus, rex Assyriorum : Quae est ista fiducia qua confidis ?
And Rabsaces said to them: Tell Ezechias: Thus saith the great king, the king of the Assyrians: What is this confidence wherein thou trustest?
Καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς Ῥαβσάκης, εἴπατε Ἐζεκίᾳ, Τάδε λέγει ὁ βασιλεὺς ὁ μέγας, βασιλεὺς Ἀσσυρίων, τί πεποιθὼς εἶ;
וַ/יֹּ֤אמֶר אֲלֵי/הֶם֙ רַב שָׁקֵ֔ה אִמְרוּ נָ֖א אֶל חִזְקִיָּ֑הוּ כֹּֽה אָמַ֞ר הַ/מֶּ֤לֶךְ הַ/גָּדוֹל֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ אַשּׁ֔וּר מָ֧ה הַ/בִּטָּח֛וֹן הַ/זֶּ֖ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר בָּטָֽחְתָּ
36:5 aut quo consilio vel fortitudine rebellare disponis ? super quem habes fiduciam, quia recessisti a me ?
Or with what counsel or strength dost thou prepare for war? on whom dost thou trust, that thou art revolted from me?
Μὴ ἐν βουλῇ καὶ λόγοις χειλέων παράταξις γίνεται; καὶ νῦν ἐπὶ τίνα πέποιθας, ὅτι ἀπειθεῖς μοι;
אָמַ֨רְתִּי֙ אַךְ דְּבַר שְׂפָתַ֔יִם עֵצָ֥ה וּ/גְבוּרָ֖ה לַ/מִּלְחָמָ֑ה עַתָּה֙ עַל מִ֣י בָטַ֔חְתָּ כִּ֥י מָרַ֖דְתָּ בִּֽ/י
36:6 Ecce confidis super baculum arundineum confractum istum, super Aegyptum ; cui si innixus fuerit homo, intrabit in manum ejus, et perforabit eam : sic Pharao, rex Aegypti, omnibus qui confidunt in eo.
Lo thou trustest upon this broken staff of a reed, upon Egypt: upon which if a man lean, it will go into his hand, and pierce it: so is Pharao king of Egypt to all that trust in him.
Ἰδοὺ πεποιθὼς εἶ ἐπὶ τὴν ῥάβδον τὴν καλαμίνην τὴν τεθλασμένην ταύτην, ἐπʼ Αἴγυπτον· ὡς ἂν ἐπιστηρισθῇ ἀνὴρ ἐπʼ αὐτὴν, εἰσελεύσεται εἰς τὴν χεῖρα αὐτοῦ, καὶ τρήσει αὐτὴν. οὕτως ἐστὶ Φαραὼ βασιλεὺς Αἰγύπτου, καὶ πάντες οἱ πεποιθότες ἐπʼ αὐτῷ.
הִנֵּ֣ה בָטַ֡חְתָּ עַל מִשְׁעֶנֶת֩ הַ/קָּנֶ֨ה הָ/רָצ֤וּץ הַ/זֶּה֙ עַל מִצְרַ֔יִם אֲשֶׁ֨ר יִסָּמֵ֥ךְ אִישׁ֙ עָלָ֔י/ו וּ/בָ֥א בְ/כַפּ֖/וֹ וּ/נְקָבָ֑/הּ כֵּ֚ן פַּרְעֹ֣ה מֶֽלֶךְ מִצְרַ֔יִם לְ/כָֽל הַ/בֹּטְחִ֖ים עָלָֽי/ו
36:7 Quod si responderis mihi : In Domino Deo nostro confidimus ; nonne ipse est cujus abstulit Ezechias excelsa et altaria, et dixit Judae et Jerusalem : Coram altari isto adorabitis ?
*H But if thou wilt answer me: We trust in the Lord our God: is it not he whose high places and altars Ezechias hath taken away, and hath said to Juda and Jerusalem: You shall worship before this altar?


Ver. 7. Altar. Such is the blindness of infidels, that they confound what is done to destroy idols, with their worship. W.

Εἰ δὲ λέγετε, ἐπὶ Κύριον τὸν Θεὸν ἡμῶν πεποίθαμεν,
וְ/כִי תֹאמַ֣ר אֵלַ֔/י אֶל יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵ֖י/נוּ בָּטָ֑חְנוּ הֲ/לוֹא ה֗וּא אֲשֶׁ֨ר הֵסִ֤יר חִזְקִיָּ֨הוּ֙ אֶת בָּמֹתָ֣י/ו וְ/אֶת מִזְבְּחֹתָ֔י/ו וַ/יֹּ֤אמֶר לִֽ/יהוּדָה֙ וְ/לִ/יר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם לִ/פְנֵ֛י הַ/מִּזְבֵּ֥חַ הַ/זֶּ֖ה תִּֽשְׁתַּחֲוֽוּ
36:8 Et nunc trade te domino meo, regi Assyriorum, et dabo tibi duo millia equorum, nec poteris ex te praebere ascensores eorum :
And now deliver thyself up to my lord the king of the Assyrians, and I will give thee two thousand horses, and thou wilt not be able on thy part to find riders for them.
νῦν μίχθητε τῷ κυρίῳ μου τῷ βασιλεῖ Ἀσσυρίων, καὶ δώσω ὑμῖν δισχιλίαν ἵππον, εἰ δυνήσεσθε δοῦναι ἀναβάτας ἐπʼ αὐτούς.
וְ/עַתָּה֙ הִתְעָ֣רֶב נָ֔א אֶת אֲדֹנִ֖/י הַ/מֶּ֣לֶךְ אַשּׁ֑וּר וְ/אֶתְּנָ֤ה לְ/ךָ֙ אַלְפַּ֣יִם סוּסִ֔ים אִם תּוּכַ֕ל לָ֥/תֶת לְ/ךָ֖ רֹכְבִ֥ים עֲלֵי/הֶֽם
36:9 et quomodo sustinebis faciem judicis unius loci ex servis domini mei minoribus ? Quod si confidis in Aegypto, in quadrigis et in equitibus,
And how wilt thou stand against the face of the judge of one place, of the least of my master's servants? But if thou trust in Egypt, in chariots and in horsemen:
Καὶ πῶς δύνασθε ἀποστρέψαι εἰς πρόσωπον τῶν τοπαρχῶν· οἰκέται εἰσὶν, οἱ πεποιθότες ἐπʼ Αἴγυπτίοις, εἰς ἵππον καὶ ἀναβάτην.
וְ/אֵ֣יךְ תָּשִׁ֗יב אֵ֠ת פְּנֵ֨י פַחַ֥ת אַחַ֛ד עַבְדֵ֥י אֲדֹנִ֖/י הַ/קְטַנִּ֑ים וַ/תִּבְטַ֤ח לְ/ךָ֙ עַל מִצְרַ֔יִם לְ/רֶ֖כֶב וּ/לְ/פָרָשִֽׁים
36:10 et nunc numquid sine Domino ascendi ad terram istam, ut disperderem eam ? Dominus dixit ad me : Ascende super terram istam, et disperde eam.
And am I now come up without the Lord against this land to destroy it? The Lord said to me: Go up against this land, and destroy it.
Καὶ νῦν μὴ ἄνευ Κυρίου ἀνέβημεν ἐπὶ τὴν χώραν ταύτην πολεμῆσαι αὐτήν; Κύριος εἶπε πρὸς μὲ, ἀνάβηθι ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν ταύτην, καὶ διάφθειρον αὐτήν.
וְ/עַתָּה֙ הֲ/מִ/בַּלְעֲדֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה עָלִ֛יתִי עַל הָ/אָ֥רֶץ הַ/זֹּ֖את לְ/הַשְׁחִיתָ֑/הּ יְהוָה֙ אָמַ֣ר אֵלַ֔/י עֲלֵ֛ה אֶל הָ/אָ֥רֶץ הַ/זֹּ֖את וְ/הַשְׁחִיתָֽ/הּ
36:11 Et dixit Eliacim, et Sobna, et Joahe, ad Rabsacen : Loquere ad servos tuos syra lingua ; intelligimus enim ; ne loquaris ad nos judaice in auribus populi qui est super murum.
And Eliacim, and Sobna, and Joahe said to Rabsaces: Speak to thy servants in the Syrian tongue: for we understand it: speak not to us in the Jews' language in the hearing of the people, that are upon the wall.
Καὶ εἶπε πρὸς αὐτὸν Ἑλιακεὶμ, καὶ Σομνᾶς, καὶ Ἰωὰχ, λάλησον πρὸς τοὺς παῖδάς σου Συριστί· ἀκούομεν γὰρ ἡμεῖς· καὶ μὴ λάλει πρὸς ἡμᾶς Ἰουδαϊστί· καὶ ἱνατί λαλεῖς εἰς τὰ ὦτα τῶν ἀνθρώπων ἐπὶ τῷ τείχει;
וַ/יֹּ֣אמֶר אֶלְיָקִים֩ וְ/שֶׁבְנָ֨א וְ/יוֹאָ֜ח אֶל רַב שָׁקֵ֗ה דַּבֶּר נָ֤א אֶל עֲבָדֶ֨י/ךָ֙ אֲרָמִ֔ית כִּ֥י שֹׁמְעִ֖ים אֲנָ֑חְנוּ וְ/אַל תְּדַבֵּ֤ר אֵלֵ֨י/נוּ֙ יְהוּדִ֔ית בְּ/אָזְנֵ֣י הָ/עָ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל הַ/חוֹמָֽה
36:12 Et dixit ad eos Rabsaces : Numquid ad dominum tuum et ad te misit me dominus meus, ut loquerer omnia verba ista ? et non potius ad viros qui sedent in muro, ut comedant stercora sua, et bibant urinam pedum suorum vobiscum ?
And Rabsaces said to them: Hath my master sent me to thy master and to thee, to speak all these words; and not rather to the men that sit on the wall; that they may eat their own dung, and drink their urine with you?
Καὶ εἶπε πρὸς αὐτοὺς Ῥαβσάκης, μὴ πρὸς τὸν κύριον ὑμῶν ἢ πρὸς ὑμᾶς ἀπέσταλκέ με ὁ κύριός μου, λαλῆσαι τοὺς λόγους τούτους; οὐχὶ πρὸς τοὺς ἀνθρώπους τοὺς καθημένους ἐπὶ τῷ τείχει, ἵνα φάγωσι κόπρον, καὶ πίωσιν οὖρον μεθʼ ὑμῶν ἅμα;
וַ/יֹּ֣אמֶר רַב שָׁקֵ֗ה הַ/אֶ֨ל אֲדֹנֶ֤י/ךָ וְ/אֵלֶ֨י/ךָ֙ שְׁלָחַ֣/נִי אֲדֹנִ֔/י לְ/דַבֵּ֖ר אֶת הַ/דְּבָרִ֣ים הָ/אֵ֑לֶּה הֲ/לֹ֣א עַל הָ/אֲנָשִׁ֗ים הַ/יֹּֽשְׁבִים֙ עַל הַ֣/חוֹמָ֔ה לֶ/אֱכֹ֣ל אֶת חראי/הם צוֹאָתָ֗/ם וְ/לִ/שְׁתּ֛וֹת אֶת שיני/הם מֵימֵ֥י רַגְלֵי/הֶ֖ם עִמָּ/כֶֽם
36:13 Et stetit Rabsaces, et clamavit voce magna judaice, et dixit : Audite verba regis magni, regis Assyriorum !
Then Rabsaces stood, and cried out with a loud voice in the Jews' language, and said: Hear the words of the great king, the king of the Assyrians.
Καὶ ἔστη Ῥαβσάκης, καὶ ἀνεβόησε φωνῇ μεγάλῃ Ἰουδαϊστὶ, καὶ εἶπεν, ἀκούσατε τοὺς λόγους τοῦ βασιλέως τοῦ μεγάλου, βασιλέως Ἀσσυρίων.
וַֽ/יַּעֲמֹד֙ רַב שָׁקֵ֔ה וַ/יִּקְרָ֥א בְ/קוֹל גָּד֖וֹל יְהוּדִ֑ית וַ/יֹּ֕אמֶר שִׁמְע֗וּ אֶת דִּבְרֵ֛י הַ/מֶּ֥לֶךְ הַ/גָּד֖וֹל מֶ֥לֶךְ אַשּֽׁוּר
36:14 Haec dicit rex : Non seducat vos Ezechias, quia non poterit eruere vos.
Thus saith the king: Let not Ezechias deceive you, for he shall not be able to deliver you.
Τάδε λέγει ὁ βασιλεύς, μὴ ἀπατάτω ὑμᾶς Ἐζεκίας λόγοις, οὐ δύνηται ῥύσασθαι ὑμᾶς.
כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר הַ/מֶּ֔לֶךְ אַל יַשִּׁ֥א לָ/כֶ֖ם חִזְקִיָּ֑הוּ כִּ֥י לֹֽא יוּכַ֖ל לְ/הַצִּ֥יל אֶתְ/כֶֽם
36:15 Et non vobis tribuat fiduciam Ezechias super Domino, dicens : Eruens liberabit nos Dominus : non dabitur civitas ista in manu regis Assyriorum.
And let not Ezechias make you trust in the Lord, saying: The Lord will surely deliver us, and this city shall not be given into the hands of the king of the Assyrians.
Καὶ μὴ λεγέτω ὑμῖν Ἐζεκίας, ὅτι ῥύσεται ὑμᾶς ὁ Θεὸς, καὶ οὐ μὴ παραδοθῇ ἡ πόλις αὕτη ἐν χειρὶ βασιλέως Ἀσσυρίων.
וְ/אַל יַבְטַ֨ח אֶתְ/כֶ֤ם חִזְקִיָּ֨הוּ֙ אֶל יְהוָ֣ה לֵ/אמֹ֔ר הַצֵּ֥ל יַצִּילֵ֖/נוּ יְהוָ֑ה לֹ֤א תִנָּתֵן֙ הָ/עִ֣יר הַ/זֹּ֔את בְּ/יַ֖ד מֶ֥לֶךְ אַשּֽׁוּר
36:16 Nolite audire Ezechiam ; haec enim dicit rex Assyriorum : Facite mecum benedictionem, et egredimini ad me, et comedite unusquisque vineam suam, et unusquisque ficum suam, et bibite unusquisque aquam cisternae suae,
Do not hearken to Ezechias: for thus said the king of the Assyrians: Do with me that which is for your advantage, and come out to me, and eat ye every one of his vine, and every one of his fig tree, and drink ye every one the water of his cistern,
Μὴ ἀκούετε Ἐζεκίου· τάδε λέγει ὁ βασιλεὺς Ἀσσυρίων, εἰ βούλεσθε εὐλογηθῆναι, ἐκπορεύεσθε πρὸς μέ, καὶ φάγεσθε ἕκαστος τὴν ἄμπελον αὐτοῦ καὶ τὰς συκὰς, καὶ πίεσθε ὕδωρ ἐκ τοῦ λάκκου ὑμῶν,
אַֽל תִּשְׁמְע֖וּ אֶל חִזְקִיָּ֑הוּ כִּי֩ כֹ֨ה אָמַ֜ר הַ/מֶּ֣לֶךְ אַשּׁ֗וּר עֲשֽׂוּ אִתִּ֤/י בְרָכָה֙ וּ/צְא֣וּ אֵלַ֔/י וְ/אִכְל֤וּ אִישׁ גַּפְנ/וֹ֙ וְ/אִ֣ישׁ תְּאֵנָת֔/וֹ וּ/שְׁת֖וּ אִ֥ישׁ מֵי בוֹרֽ/וֹ
36:17 donec veniam, et tollam vos ad terram quae est ut terra vestra, terram frumenti et vini, terram panum et vinearum.
Till I come and take you away to a land, like to your own, a land of corn and of wine, a land of bread and vineyards.
ἕως ἂν ἔλθω, καὶ λάβω ὑμᾶς εἰς γῆν, ὡς ἡ γῆ ὑμῶν, γῆ σίτου καὶ οἴνου καὶ ἄρτων καὶ ἀμπελώνων.
עַד בֹּאִ֕/י וְ/לָקַחְתִּ֥י אֶתְ/כֶ֖ם אֶל אֶ֣רֶץ כְּ/אַרְצְ/כֶ֑ם אֶ֤רֶץ דָּגָן֙ וְ/תִיר֔וֹשׁ אֶ֥רֶץ לֶ֖חֶם וּ/כְרָמִֽים
36:18 Nec conturbet vos Ezechias, dicens : Dominus liberabit nos. Numquid liberaverunt dii gentium unusquisque terram suam de manu regis Assyriorum ?
Neither let Ezechias trouble you, saying: The Lord will deliver us. Have any of the gods of the nations delivered their land out of the hand of the king of the Assyrians?
Μὴ ἀπατάτω ὑμᾶς Ἐζεκίας, λέγων, ὁ Θεὸς ῥύσεται ὑμᾶς· μὴ ἐῤῥύσαντο οἱ θεοὶ τῶν ἐθνῶν, ἕκαστος τὴν ἑαῦτοῦ χώραν ἐκ χειρὸς βασιλέως Ἀσσυρίων;
פֶּן יַסִּ֨ית אֶתְ/כֶ֤ם חִזְקִיָּ֨הוּ֙ לֵ/אמֹ֔ר יְהוָ֖ה יַצִּילֵ֑/נוּ הַ/הִצִּ֜ילוּ אֱלֹהֵ֤י הַ/גּוֹיִם֙ אִ֣ישׁ אֶת אַרְצ֔/וֹ מִ/יַּ֖ד מֶ֥לֶךְ אַשּֽׁוּר
36:19 Ubi est deus Emath et Arphad ? ubi est deus Sepharvaim ? numquid liberaverunt Samariam de manu mea ?
Where is the god of Emath and of Arphad? where is the god of Sepharvaim? have they delivered Samaria out of my hand?
Ποῦ ἐστιν ὁ θεὸς Ἐμὰθ καὶ Ἀρφάθ; καὶ ποῦ ὁ θεὸς τῆς πόλεως Ἐπφαρουαίμ; μὴ ἐδύναντο ῥύσασθαι Σαμάρειαν ἐκ χειρός μου;
אַיֵּ֞ה אֱלֹהֵ֤י חֲמָת֙ וְ/אַרְפָּ֔ד אַיֵּ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֣י סְפַרְוָ֑יִם וְ/כִֽי הִצִּ֥ילוּ אֶת שֹׁמְר֖וֹן מִ/יָּדִֽ/י
36:20 Quis est ex omnibus diis terrarum istarum qui eruerit terram suam de manu mea, ut eruat Dominus Jerusalem de manu mea ?
Who is there among all the gods of these lands, that hath delivered his country out of my hand, that the Lord may deliver Jerusalem out of my hand?
Τίς τῶν θεῶν πάντων τῶν ἐθνῶν τούτων, ὅστις ἐῤῥύσατο τὴν γῆν αὐτοῦ ἐκ χειρός μου, ὅτι ῥύσεται ὁ Θεὸς τὴν Ἱερουσαλὴμ ἐκ χειρός μου;
מִ֗י בְּ/כָל אֱלֹהֵ֤י הָֽ/אֲרָצוֹת֙ הָ/אֵ֔לֶּה אֲשֶׁר הִצִּ֥ילוּ אֶת אַרְצָ֖/ם מִ/יָּדִ֑/י כִּֽי יַצִּ֧יל יְהוָ֛ה אֶת יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם מִ/יָּדִֽ/י
36:21 Et siluerunt, et non responderunt ei verbum. Mandaverat enim rex, dicens : Ne respondeatis ei.

And they held their peace, and answered him not a word. For the king had commanded, saying: Answer him not.
Καὶ ἐσιώπησαν, καὶ οὐδεὶς ἀπεκρίθη αὐτῷ λόγον, διὰ τὸ προστάξαι τὸν βασιλέα μηδένα ἀποκριθῆναι.
וַֽ/יַּחֲרִ֔ישׁוּ וְ/לֹֽא עָנ֥וּ אֹת֖/וֹ דָּבָ֑ר כִּֽי מִצְוַ֨ת הַ/מֶּ֥לֶךְ הִ֛יא לֵ/אמֹ֖ר לֹ֥א תַעֲנֻֽ/הוּ
36:22 Et ingressus est Eliacim, filius Helciae, qui erat super domum, et Sobna scriba, et Joahe filius Asaph, a commentariis, ad Ezechiam, scissis vestibus, et nuntiaverunt ei verba Rabsacis.
And Eliacim the son of Helcias, that was over the house, and Sobna the scribe, and Joahe the son of Asaph the recorder, went in to Ezechias with their garments rent, and told him the words of Rabsaces.
Καὶ εἰσῆλθεν Ἑλιακεὶμ ὁ τοῦ Χελκίου, οἰκονόμος, καὶ Σομνᾶς ὁ γραμματεὺς τῆς δυνάμεως, καὶ Ἰωὰχ ὁ τοῦ Ἀσὰφ ὁ ὑπομνηματογράφος, πρὸς Ἐζεκίαν, ἐσχισμένοι τοὺς χιτῶνας, καὶ ἀνήγγειλαν αὐτῷ τοὺς λόγους Ῥαβσάκου.
וַ/יָּבֹ֣א אֶלְיָקִ֣ים בֶּן חִלְקִיָּ֣הוּ אֲשֶׁר עַל הַ֠/בַּיִת וְ/שֶׁבְנָ֨א הַ/סּוֹפֵ֜ר וְ/יוֹאָ֨ח בֶּן אָסָ֧ף הַ/מַּזְכִּ֛יר אֶל חִזְקִיָּ֖הוּ קְרוּעֵ֣י בְגָדִ֑ים וַ/יַּגִּ֣ידוּ ל֔/וֹ אֵ֖ת דִּבְרֵ֥י רַב שָׁקֵֽה
